Regional Sales Manager (Cedar Falls): The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for outside sales through the development of recycling programs for existing and potential customers; development of confidential material handling and recycling programs; and equipment sales. This position will generate new customers, new products to recycle, and new equipment sales for City Carton Recycling. Requirements include Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Marketing or Sales); or Associate Degree with one to two years related sales and marketing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; recycling or solid waste industry experience is a plus. Working knowledge of computer software applications, effective communication skills, and the ability to deliver superior customer service is required.
